1.3. No Communication or Confirmation: TripLooky does not send booking confirmations or handle booking communications. Once a booking request is made, the Service Provider is solely responsible for communicating with you to finalize the booking and provide confirmation.
1.4. No Liability: TripLooky is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of any services requested through the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by Service Providers.
2. Booking Request Process
2.1. Request Submission: When you submit a booking request, TripLooky forwards the request to the Service Provider for availability confirmation.
2.2. Direct Communication: The Service Provider will contact you directly to finalize the booking details, including payment arrangements and confirmation.
2.3. No Payment Collection: TripLooky does not collect any payments from users. Payments are made directly to the Service Provider according to their payment terms.
2.4. Service Provider Responsibilities: The Service Provider is solely responsible for delivering the booked services. Any disputes, cancellations, or issues related to the service must be resolved directly with the Service Provider.
2.5. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies vary by Service Provider and will be communicated directly by them. TripLooky is not responsible for refunding any payments.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking request.
3.2. Compliance with Terms: You agree to adhere to all terms and conditions set by the Service Provider, including payment terms, cancellation policies, and rules for using their services.
3.3. Liability for Damages: Any damages, losses, or additional charges incurred during the use of a Service Provider’s services are your responsibility.
4. Service Provider Obligations
4.1. Licensing and Compliance: Service Providers listed on TripLooky are responsible for maintaining valid licenses, permits, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4.2. Accuracy of Listings: Service Providers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide on TripLooky, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and terms of service.
4.3. Service Delivery and Communication: Service Providers are solely responsible for communicating with users to finalize bookings and provide confirmations. TripLooky does not participate in any communication related to booking details or confirmations.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. No Warranties: TripLooky makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, quality, or suitability of any services listed on the platform.
5.2. No Liability for Service Issues: TripLooky is not liable for:
- Cancellation of services by the Service Provider.
- Changes to bookings made by the Service Provider.
- Service failures, delays, or unsatisfactory experiences.
- 5.3. Platform Use: TripLooky is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to technical issues, errors, or interruptions.

7.2. Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
